Hourly Rate – Our hourly rate for consulting is $100.00 USD per hour, billed in 30 minute increments after the first hour. This rate applies Monday through Friday 9:00 am until 6:00pm Central time. Any work performed outside of normal business hours or on holidays will be billed at a higher rate.
Monthly Rate – We offer monthly rates for established clients. Please contact us to discuss a monthly rate for providing managed IT services for your business. Monthly rates start at $500 for basic managed IT services for a small business and increase depending on the amount of systems to be supported as well as the number of users at the business. We are glad to be your IT staff for locations that don’t have the budget for full time IT staff but need the services of a full time IT staff available to their business.
Warranty – Due to the nature of the work that is performed, there is no warranty on hourly work. Each hour that is worked is billable regardless of the outcome of said work. While we will make recommendations on the level of effort required to implement a solution or fix an issue, it is up to you to let us know if there is a cap on the number of hours spent per engagement. Before work is started, we can let you know if any work being asked is considered risky and that the outcome isn’t promising, getting permission before proceeding with the work requested. Our goal is to make you a satisfied customer but due to the nature of IT, positive results are not always the outcome attained, especially with hardware failure and other factors outside of our control.
